This also helps to see if your body is the right temperature to conceive and grow a fetus.

The process of IVF involves collecting an egg and sperm sample and combining them in a laboratory. This fertilized embryo is then transferred to the uterus. When undergoing this treatment, the woman must take hormone treatments to ensure her body accepts the embryo. IVF has helped an incredible number of people grow the family they have dreamed of.
One last way to increase fertility is to change up some of your lifestyle habits. If you drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, considered stopping both. Doing either of these greatly reduces your fertility, and if you do get pregnant these actions will harm the baby. Staying fit and doing regular exercise are other ways to have a healthy body that is more likely to get pregnant. A final thing you can do is try to reduce any stress and treat depression if you have it. These problems can increase negative hormones in your body and reduce fertility.

None of these actions is fool proof, but combining all of them can greatly increase your chance of getting pregnant.
