Getting up on stage and speaking, acting, dancing or singing is a great way to open up, explore your creativity and gain confidence.

Other options include learning how to play a musical instrument or speak a new language. Whatever discipline you choose, take it seriously and give yourself a chance to improve yourself. On the other hand, remember to have fun and don’t expect to become an expert overnight.
