It is a good idea to make sure that you always have sunscreen on when you are going to be out in the sun all day. That way you will have at least some protection. When it comes to things like this you may want to avoid tanning beds and sunlamps as well. Just taking some time to add extra protection and change your plans can make a huge difference.
