Excess Vitamin A Causes Stargardt's Disease
While Vitamin A is one of the nutrients that promote eye health, it can also lead to poor vision. New evidence suggests that eating large amounts of Vitamin A can lead to vision loss and cause retinal degeneration if you have a genetic eye disorder such as Stargardt's disease or cone-rod dystrophy.
