After the weight is gone, you need to know what to expect in order to set yourself up for success. Giving yourself this flexibility both keeps you accountable, so if your weight rises more than your goal, you know it’s time to work harder, and gives you some breathing room so that when your weight does change, you’re prepared for it instead of being caught off guard and potentially cheating on your diet.

Where many diet plans fail is in their inability to provide a long-term weight-management solution. So, make the fight fair, and get the rest your body needs and wants.

Don’t let yourself become depressed over failures, but, instead use them as learning opportunities to help you achieve greater success.
