One of the most important things to understand is when it is time to contact a specialist. The truth is that you should visit your eye specialist the moment that you notice any change in your eyesight because problems can get worse. Still, the following are additional signs that need to be addressed immediately:

There are several types of eye problems, and they all need different treatments. It is important that you talk to your eye care specialist to find out what you are dealing with. This means foods full of lutein and zeaxanthin, which include foods like collard greens, Swiss chard, broccoli, Brussels sprouts just to name a few.
